02About these terms
These terms govern your use of our website at leadaline.com. By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Our consulting, integrations and other services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client. Browsing the website does not create a contract for services.
03Information on this website
The content on this website is general information about Leadaline and our services. Descriptions, examples, case studies and demonstrations are illustrative. They are not a promise of any particular result for your business.
What we will deliver for a client, and on what terms, is agreed in writing before any paid work begins. We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or current.
04Enquiries and consultations
Sending an enquiry or booking a free consultation does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to go ahead with a project. We may decline to take on any project.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information you send us.
05Intellectual property
We own, or are licensed to use, the content of this website, including its text, design, graphics and the Leadaline name and logo. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own reference.
You must not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party names, logos and material shown on the website belong to their respective owners.
06Using the website
You must not:
- use the website in a way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that breaches these terms;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code, or interfere with how the website works;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the website by automated means without our permission.
07Links to other websites
The website may link to websites run by others. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the website concerned.
08Availability of the website
We may update, change or remove parts of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors, and we may suspend it for maintenance or other reasons.
09Our liability
The website is provided free of charge for general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. We remain responsible for loss caused by our own negligence where the law does not allow that responsibility to be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have.
Our liability to clients for services is set out in the agreement we enter into with them, not in these terms.
10Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data, including any cookies or analytics on this website.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check this page when you use the website.
12Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
