Lowry Lighting Solutions came to us to get their sales into one place. We built them Lowry Hub, their own CRM, holding every customer, quote and job and shaped around how they work. Now we're the team they plan their next improvements with.

In the client's words

We didn't want another system we'd have to work around. Leadaline sat down with us, learned how we actually run, and built the CRM around that. Our whole pipeline is in one place now, and everyone knows what they're chasing next. They've become our go-to AI consultants too. When we've got an idea for running the business better, they're the first people we ring.

01 · About the client

Specialists in lighting control.

Lowry Lighting Solutions designs, supplies, commissions and maintains lighting control systems, working with Signify technologies including Dynalite and Interact.

For over 20 years the team has delivered projects for offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education and industry, from surveys and system design through to commissioning and ongoing maintenance.

Work on that scale means a steady flow of customers, quotes, projects and maintenance contracts, and a team that needs to see all of it clearly.

02 · Where it started

It started with one problem: sales spread across too many places.

Lowry's first ask was simple: one place for their sales. Quotes lived in their quoting system, project files in Dropbox, and the picture of the pipeline was pulled together by hand.

We started there. Before talking about anything else, we built Lowry Hub around the way they already work, and brought their history across so it was useful from day one.

03 · What we built first

A connected system built around the business.

We built Lowry Lighting Solutions their own CRM, Lowry Hub. It runs on their stages, their financial year and the lighting control systems they install, so the team works the way it already did, not the way a generic platform wanted.

Their customers, contacts, quotes and orders were brought across on day one. Each person sees their own next actions, most urgent first, on a computer or their phone, and the directors see the whole business in one place.

04 · The outcome

One clear place for their sales. And a foundation for what's next.

Lowry now has one clear place for its sales: every customer, contact, job and quote, with the next step on each. It's the foundation for everything we plan together next.

  1. Clearer pipeline visibility

Open work, the forecast and what was won and lost, by period, person or sector. Nobody pulls it together by hand.

  2. One record, not five places

Customer details, quotes, notes and next steps live on one record, instead of across spreadsheets, inboxes and notes.

  3. Everything one click away

Each job carries its customer, its quote and a link to its documents, so the full picture is one click away.

  4. Who's doing what, at a glance

Everyone can see who owns each job, what happens next and when it was last updated. The directors see the whole team at once.

05 · Working together now

First the heart. Now, what's next.

Lowry Hub was the first thing we built. It won't be the last. Here's where Lowry are on our five steps.

  1. Understand

    Done

We learned how Lowry really runs, from first enquiry to finished job.

  2. Fix the first problem

    Done

Their sales were spread across too many places. Lowry Hub put them in one.

  3. Structure

    Done

Their team has a simple way to bring us ideas.

  4. Visualise and scope

    Now

Their ideas become mock-ups they can click, with a fixed price and a timeline.

  5. Deliver, then repeat

They choose what we build. Then we start on the next one.

  • The ideas

    Their team brings the ideas.

We shape each one into something they can see, price it, and build the ones they choose.
