01About Leadaline

What does Leadaline do?

Leadaline is an AI consultancy for UK businesses. We fix the system at the heart of your business first, then help your team turn their ideas into working tools: automations, AI assistants, quote follow-up, scheduling and connections between the tools you already use.

Who do you work with?

We primarily work with UK service businesses, particularly owner-led companies where growing workloads, repetitive administration or disconnected systems can make day-to-day operations harder than they need to be. We also consider projects outside these sectors where our approach is a good fit. You can explore an example of our work on the Our work page.

Where are you based?

We operate from Surrey. Leadaline Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17224385.

02AI Consulting

What happens in the free AI consultation?

We start with a conversation about your business, how it operates and what you would like to improve. We'll explore the challenges you're facing and discuss where AI, automation or better-connected systems might help. If we identify a potential opportunity, we'll explain the possible next steps. There is no obligation to proceed, and any more detailed discovery or implementation work would be agreed separately.

What is the Google, AI and agent search check?

It's part of every free AI consultation. It covers classic search and the newer AI side, sometimes called AEO, GEO and agentic search. AI agents can now search and book for people, so we also check whether they can find you. Before the call we check how your website shows up on Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT, and who buyers find instead. On the call we take you through it and you keep the scorecard. We can't promise rankings or a place in AI answers. We show you what's worth fixing first.

Do I need to know which AI tools I want?

Not at all. You don't need to arrive with a technical solution in mind. Tell us how your business works, what's taking up time and what you'd like to achieve. We'll help explore which approaches and technologies, if any, are appropriate.

Will you recommend AI for everything?

No. We believe technology should solve a real business problem. Sometimes AI is useful; sometimes a simpler process, automation or better use of your existing software is the more sensible solution. We'll focus on what makes practical and commercial sense for your business.

03Integrations and implementation

What can you build and connect?

We work on practical improvements across business operations and customer processes. Depending on your needs, this can include connecting existing software, automating repetitive workflows, improving enquiry and lead management, creating business dashboards, developing tailored internal systems, integrating customer communication channels and supporting website-related improvements. The exact solution depends on your business, existing tools and agreed project scope. Our Integrations page explains our current capabilities in more detail.

Do I have to replace my existing software?

Not necessarily. Our preference is to work with the systems you already use where that makes practical sense. We'll assess whether they can be connected or improved. If an existing tool has limitations, we'll explain the options and any trade-offs before recommending changes.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We explain our recommendations in straightforward business language and manage the technical work included in the agreed project. We also explain how the finished solution works and provide an appropriate handover, so you and your team understand what has been implemented.

04Bespoke CRM

What is a bespoke CRM?

A CRM built around how your business works, instead of off-the-shelf software you have to work around. It holds your customers, enquiries, quotes, jobs and next steps, and carries your name and brand. The one we built for a lighting controls specialist is one example.

Is every feature included as standard?

No. Each CRM we build is designed around the requirements agreed for that project. We assess your existing systems, identify the information and workflows that matter, and define which features and integrations are included before development begins. Additional functionality can be considered separately.

05Working together

How does a project run?

We follow five steps. Understand: we learn how your business runs. Fix the first problem: we build around the one that costs you most. Structure: your team gets a simple way to bring us ideas. Visualise and scope: each idea becomes a mock-up you can click, with a fixed price and a timeline. Deliver, then repeat: we build it, test it, launch it and support it, then start on the next one.

What will we receive at the end of a project?

That depends on the work agreed. Before implementation, we'll define the expected deliverables, such as a configured integration, automated workflow, dashboard or tailored business system. We'll also agree what testing, handover information and support are included, so you know what to expect.

06Pricing and ongoing support

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the type of work, the complexity of the solution and the support required. A project may involve an initial discovery or consulting phase, a one-off implementation fee and, where appropriate, ongoing support. Some solutions may also involve third-party software or usage charges. We'll explain the proposed scope and costs before you commit to paid work. Every project gets a fixed price before work starts.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Every implementation includes a defined support period after go-live. The length of that period and what it covers, such as fixing issues with what we've built, are confirmed for each project before work begins. New features and larger changes are quoted separately. If you'd like support to continue after the included period, we'll agree its scope and cost with you in writing.

Are third-party software costs included?

It depends on the service. Some, like hosting, are included in our price. Others, like a software subscription in your own name, you pay for directly. Every quote lists exactly which is which, so there are no surprises.

07Data and security

What happens to my system and data if we stop working together?

They're yours to keep. Your data belongs to you and you can export it at any time. If we stop working together for any reason, even if we stop trading, we hand over the full system, its code and all your data within 30 days, so you can keep using it. The running costs are then yours.

How do you handle our data?

We take the handling of business and personal information seriously. Before implementing a solution, we aim to understand what information is involved, which systems need access and what safeguards are appropriate. Data responsibilities and any relevant third-party services are agreed as part of the project. Our Privacy Policy explains how Leadaline handles personal information in the circumstances it covers.

Can an AI system access all of our information?

Not automatically. The information an AI system can access depends on how the solution is designed, which services are connected and the permissions configured. We limit access to what is appropriate for the agreed purpose and discuss relevant access requirements and safeguards during implementation. We cannot guarantee that every third-party system supports the same level of access control.
